I have over 25 years of experience working with children from pre-k-4th grade as a classroom teacher and reading specialist. I believe that reading is the cornerstone of learning, and I am passionate about early reading instruction and intervention. I bring experience, resources, my own love of reading, and my true enjoyment for building relationships with my students and their families to my practice. I believe in setting students up for success and making learning to read fun.

My Family
My husband, John, and I have been married for 33 years. We have an empty nest, two grown children, one daughter-in-law, and one precious grandbaby who all live in the area. We love to travel, hike, and spend time with family!
